Guido Van Helten is a mural artist from Australia. He spends some time in each place he is going to create a piece getting to know the area and its people. He takes photos and chooses who to place on the buildings he is commissioned to make.
In Nashville, he chose Lee Estes, a long-time Nashville native, and a pair of children from a nearby school. It's a way to remember and honor the past as well as inspiring hope for the future. Check out the video here.
